COMPLETE Airbus Secure Land Communications_Field support engineer - Beijing Area

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

o Equipment installation supervision, commission and system Integration, acceptance test, onsite training, and project documents upn corresponding stage of the TETRA project.
o Perform cross platform system integration and end-to-end solution implementation &support
o Prepare the test plan, implementation plan acceptance criteria and migration plan
o Retrieval of additional information to find out the exact circumstances of the problem
o Intervention on site on blocking problems and output the report of those problems
o To manage customer claims (first line) including identification and characterization of the problems and immediate actions taking and escalation.
o To bring correction including working around immediate solutions such as long term patch or new release or upgrades.
o Trouble shooting for infra equipment, terminals, 3 rd party equipment under Airbus responsibility
o Trouble shooting for interconnection and inter-compatibility
o Follow up of technical reports and tracking the problem solving

Qualifications Requirements:

 -Technician experienced in Radio communication system, database, Linux and IP knowledge,troubleshooting methodology.
 -Minimum five years working experience in IT & Telecommunication
 -Familiar with IP network routing, switching technology and Linux basic operation, can skillfully
configure IP router & switching equipment, Linux patch management & network configuration
-CCNA&CCNP certification, or other equal certification is preferred
-Customer orientation with sense of alert / awareness of customer issues
-Self-motivated and interested to explore new technical subjects and solutions
 -Good team member with good writing skills.
 -Candidates with similar technician experience are preferable.
 -Good command of English.
 -Able to travel.
