RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Group is committed to conducting its business with honesty and integrity, in accordance with all applicable international and local laws and regulations, in particular those related to export control. The export control function has been designed with this aim in mind and relies on a talented and diverse network of compliance professionals for its effective implementation.

We are looking for experienced export control expertise to manage our expanding regulatory compliance with the experience of managing export control in multinational companies, extensive knowledge of trade compliance management, and excellent communication skills.

The responsibilities of this position will include the following:

● Monitoring related export control policy and regulations, providing up-to-date information, including key takeaways and business implications
● Deploying export control process according to the ECCP, directives and methods
● Leading the screening to identify any potential risks, and clearing red flags on suppliers, customers, employees and visitors
● Managing the export control classification, data and system (not limited to SAP)
● Developing export control training materials/plan, and deliver the training to different levels/functions, to enhance export control compliance culture
● Providing export control guidance and operational support to all entities in China
● Supporting on legal entity internal controls self-assessment, corporate audit,
governmental authority audit, and developing/implementing relevant remediations
● Assisting in escalation analysis, violation investigation, voluntary disclosure and corrective actions

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

● 5+ years of experience in the multinational company working on international trade and export control matters, with 2+ years of management experience
● Experiences of supply chain, customs operation and manufacturing industry is a must
● Strong knowledge of export control regulations
● Well-developed skills to manage complex situations involving multiple stakeholders
● Excellent skills required to draft and edit policies, procedures, reports and
memorandums
● Strong communication skills
● Qualified lawyer or Speaking French is a plus
