Job Description:

A. Accountabilities

The job holder is responsible for managing the IT team and services in D&IM for Airbus China, and ensuring services are aligned with company and business requirements.

▪ Ensure infrastructure team is motivated and in good level of engagement

▪ Ensure teams’ competency and capacity management

▪ Ensure operations of Network, Backoffice, and Architecture

▪ Ensure projects are well documented and managed by the team

▪ Lead troubleshooting for major infrastructure incidents and ensure SLA achievement

▪ Develop infrastructure solutions to meet business & technical evolution and sustainability

C. Main activities

⮚ Strategic activities

▪ Infrastructure vision and strategy define with regular update, in line with company and D&IM strategy and evolution

▪ Team work spirit & practices enhancement

▪ Infrastructure and architecture solution development and implementation to meet business strategy, digitalization, and projects.

▪ Fully align with company compliance requests, standards, and security policies

⮚ Client related activities

▪ Achievement of network and hosting performances

▪ End to end delivery of Infrastructure and architecture solutions and services

▪ Involvement in continuous user experience improvement

⮚ Operational activities ▪ Ensure compliance with company policy (e.g. Ethics & Compliance + Export Control) and standards in operation and in projects

▪ Adapt and implement cloud and other new D&IM infrastructure technologies to support company digitalization strategy

▪ Ensure on time resolution of major infrastructure incidents

▪ Ensure adherence of SLA and D&IM objectives

▪ Develop solutions and provide support to business, D&IM projects, and sustainability

▪ Setup and maintain communication with counterparts in HQ

▪ Manage D&IM infrastructure budget and spendings

▪ Good services for continuous users experience improvement, involvement to support business and digital evolution

E. Input

Qualifications

• Education: University bachelor degree

• Experience: At least 5 years of IT experience

• Basic Skills: Excellent English on reading, writing, speaking, and listening

Ability

• Soft Skills: Good communication skills with customers and internal teams. Good management and coaching skills to motivate and engage the team. Good understanding of the business operation process, key objectives, and evolution plan. Adaption of business and technology evolution.

• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of IT technologies including but not limited to LAN, WAN, server, storage, and monitoring tools. Well understanding way of working, functional connections, and constraints of these technologies. Good understanding and knowledge of Cloud. Able to design and optimize IT architectures with a combination of different technologies to meet various business needs. Experience of leading projects with on time, on quality achievement, such projects should include architecture design and infrastructure setup on a scale of over CNY 5 million in budget
