COMPLETE Commercial Analytics CoE Lead - EMEA, CH, Kanton Zurich, Opfikon, CSL Vifor

We are currently looking for a Commercial Analytics Lead, Senior Manager for our global headquarters in Glattbrugg (Zurich, Switzerland). In this role, you will report to the Head of Commercial Excellence and be responsible for leading the commercial analytics team and initiatives across the organization. This role will require a high level of cross-functional interaction and internal customer management at senior levels.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead the Commercial analytics team and drive it’s long-term vision and positioning

• Lead the nearshore analytics hub while ensuring resource allocation and deliverables match business priorities

• Proactively look for new ways to enable insights-driven decision making at all levels of the organization

• Be a key player in CSL Vifor’s transformation into an insights-driven organization

• Develop executive level communication materials targeted to key audiences including the C-suite, Board of Directors, and EVP/VP levels. Provide thought leadership to enable

• Drive the data strategy for the commercial organization

• Coach and mentor direct reports in best practices, procedures, and policies with a focus on continuous improvement and professional development

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or Statistics

• Minimum of 6 years related experience in previous position(s)

• Strong analytics capabilities, with deep and broad expertise covering Data engineering, Business Intelligence and Machine Learning & AI

• Experience with usual BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)

• Experience leading a team of data experts

• Broad understanding of Machine learning applications to business needs

• Must have strong, persuasive verbal and written communication skills and experience with delivering executive level presentations

• Experience in Marketing or Business Insights role in the pharmaceutical industry or in a related consulting role

• Strong time and stakeholder management skills

• Professional level in English, both in oral and in written communications
