COMPLETE Finance Manager - Group Reporting and Analysis - APAC, AU, Victoria, Parkville, CSL Limited Melbourne

Your role

Join CSLs global Finance team and be part of a top 5 ASX listed business!

This is a maternity leave cover and is a fixed term contract until End of February 2025.

You will prepare high quality CSL Group monthly, forecast and budget reports for the Executive team and the Board. You'll also support the Investor Relations team during the half-year and full-year reporting periods and manage FX analysis projects.

Based at our flagship global headquarters in the CBD, we also offer hybrid working and flexibility in hours.

Your responsibilities

You will report to the Director – Group Reporting & Analysis and you'll also work with the finance leadership team and finance business partners.

• Prepare and suggest improvement of a high quality and accurate monthly CSL Group Board pack. This also includes the forecast and budget packs for the Executive team and the Board, drawing out important operational and cashflow drivers
• Maintain forecast and budget tracker (Walkacross) of key CSL Group P&L and Cash Flow from Operations adjustments
• Prepare FX movement analysis to support external half-year/full-year reporting periods and AGM
• Prepare and update FX Agreed Upon Procedures for external audit purposes
• Ensure accuracy of CSL Group half-year, full-year, forecast and budget statutory allocations
• Investor Relations tasks including set up, prepare, consolidate, and review CSL Group and CSL Behring Analyst packs required to support the half and full year reporting process and other events
• Rigorously review process to ensure data produced is accurate and up to date and therefore suitable for disclosure

Your experience:

• A tertiary degree in finance, commerce, or accounting
• Member of CPA or CA
• At least 10 years experience post degree qualification
• Experience working with senior business leaders and the ability to work autonomously
• Experience managing time critical projects and adapting your workload across varied deadlines
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience summarising and communicating high level finance commentary at senior leader/board level
• Experience using SAP Analysis for Office or similar programmes
