CSL Vifor is currently looking for an Omnichannel Engagement Manager to be based in our Rome office. This role will report to the Head of Marketing Italy. The goal is to provide an exceptional and seamless customer experience, providing information on Vifor's products and relevant disease areas to meet our customer's needs and preferences.
Your tasks and responsibilities will be the following, but not limited to:
Cross functionally co-develops the OC strategy
Identifies the omnichannel components required within the customer journey in order to maximize the HCP experience
Implements omnichannel traditional and digital solutions including newsletters, webpage, e-detailing and social network, leveraging on the internal systems and, where needed, outsourcing the activity to the most appropriate selected external vendor
Analyze the market’s dynamics, competitors and performs behavior analyses
Identifies campaign KPIs and monitoring analytical data
Scouts vendors, products and solutions in line with Company’s plans and customers’ needs
Cross-functionally involves internal stakeholders to create awareness and alignment in the execution of OC campaign
Is the Internal Point Person for External bodies/associations (e.g. Farmindustria)
Increase our points of contacts with customers
Seek in depth information from customers in order to thoroughly understand and support their needs
Set clear goals and KPI’s in order to support the Vifor Pharma Business, based on the Marketing Excellence principles: Where to Play, How to Win and How to Improve
Takes responsibility and ownership in actively proposing, defining, implementing and optimizing MC campaigns
Support Customer Value managers in optimizing use of content and channels.
Collaboration with Marketing in setting up co creation initiatives to generate valuable channel concepts
Provides external MC best practices to engage and further develop the Vifor Pharma digital capabilities
Executes and helps shape Patient Advocacy & Innovation Policy strategy execution at the country level
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.
Minimum Requirements
Relevant education on Bachelor’s/Master’s level
At least 2 years relevant experience in OC, preferably in Pharma
Experienced and proven track record in developing and implementing a OC strategy with focus on customer journeys
Proven people, project and change management skills
Able to translate concepts, strategy into tactics and execution
Love metrics/KPI’s
Very sound knowledge of CRM systems, SEO, Google Ads, Google analytics
Proficient English level, both spoken and written
Preferred Requirements
3-4 years Pharma experience with a proven track record in omni-channel implementation
