COMPLETE 高级设备经理 - APAC, CN-42, Wuhan, CSL Behring

主要职责:
• 负责管理工程组，确保设备和工程装置安全可靠地运行
• 确保按预算和主进度计划维护系统
• 协助解决问题，确保设施试运行和资格认证的顺利进行
• 为项目相关的特定学科文档提供意见，以便为维护、校准和设施管理提供支持
• 确保扩建项目的各个阶段均符合 FDA、EPA 和 OSHA 的要求

任职资格:
• 机械、工艺或化学工程本科学历，或本国同等学历
• 7 年以上制药行业实际领导经验，包括制造、工程或质量保证方面的直接管理经验
• 熟悉制造过程
• 拥有强大的员工管理技能
• 拥有 cGMP 和 FDA 监管设施中的制造业务方面的实用知识
• 拥有财务工作经验并承担过高层次的预算职责
