Coordinates and maintains contract databases. Monitors contracts for compliance. Develops and maintains strong external and internal customer/supplier relationships.
- Assists with medical and hospital staff meetings to determine product needs and specifications in the development of a contracting strategy for goods/services.
- Assists with system wide contract negotiations for products or services m area of responsibility.
- Monitors contracts for compliance and report to Contract Administrator.
- Develops and maintains strong external and internal customer/supplier relationships.
- Addresses and facilitates problem resolution between Suppliers and WBH related to product conversions.
- Assist departments with questions related to new products and product changes.
- Committee work; travel; miscellaneous management meetings.
- Required Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Graduate of an accredited Supply Chain Management academic program.
- 3 years of relevant experience Minimum of 3 years healthcare supply chain experience, with demonstrated contracting and contract management experience, may be substituted for the above degree requirement. Required
- CRT-Professional in Supply Management, Certified (CPSM) - UNKNOWN Unknown Upon Hire preferred
