RC - Cards Credit Operations Officer - NPC | AxisBank Job

�         Generating different idea�s for cost saving or process improvement.

�         Project handling for cost saving or process improvement.

�         Completing necessary testing and follow up with IT / BSG team for completion of projection.

�         Quality check for underwriting and DIP team

�         TAT monitoring for CRM SR closure

�         Telecalling for underwriting and verification processing.

�         MIS reporting and preparation

�         Vendor management

�         Training to team members.�

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

�         Graduate / Post- Graduation (MBA/ CA preferred)

�         Fresher or Experience in retail credit

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:

�         Knowledge of credit, industry and product trends

�         Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

�         Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
