Role Summary

The Senior Associate – Clients and Industries is responsible for supporting the firm’s growth agenda by identifying potential business opportunities, developing market and industry insights, and expanding the firm’s network within relevant industry ecosystems. The role works closely with business leaders and client-serving teams to identify market opportunities, strengthen market presence, and support the development of potential client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead & Market Opportunity Identification

• • Proactively identify and develop potential leads and business opportunities across priority industries, companies, and market segments.
  • Monitor market developments, corporate activities, investment trends, regulatory changes, and other relevant triggers that may create opportunities for the firm’s professional services.
  • Maintain and regularly update the business opportunity and prospect pipeline.

2. Market & Industry Research

• • Conduct research and analysis on industries, companies, market trends, competitors, and emerging business issues to identify potential areas of opportunity.
  • Develop industry insights, market intelligence reports, and opportunity assessments to support business development discussions.
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable insights and potential business development opportunities for relevant service lines.

3. Industry Events & Market Activities

• • Identify relevant industry conferences, seminars, business forums, networking events, and professional association activities that align with the firm’s target markets.
  • Attend and actively participate in selected industry events to gather market intelligence, identify emerging trends, and build relevant professional networks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry participants, prospective clients, business associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare post-event insights, potential leads, key contacts, and recommended follow-up actions for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, market intelligence, research, strategy, consulting, professional services, financial services, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B business development and dealing with corporate clients, including lead generation, prospect engagement, relationship development, and opportunity identification.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market information into practical business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills with confidence in engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced professional services environment.
