We are looking a Technical Support & Digital Advertising Team Lead to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team for an international company within the social media industry
• Identify improvement opportunities in the workflow and suggest solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and communicate to internal and client teams
• Interface effectively with other teams, the delivery lead and client teams
• Work with site lead and global delivery lead to proactively flag issues affecting the team
• Manage the performance of the team and act as the team’s career counselor
• Provide feedback to the team on performance and improvement opportunities
• Develop and administer team schedules and performance requirements
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and adherence to service level agreements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Technical degree in progress or completed and/or equivalent relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or sales, including digital marketing tracking, online advertising products, and social media
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• At least one year of experience in reading and modifying HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in an advertising context

• Proficient in use of G Suite software (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
• English proficiency at a minimum C1 level

 

Professional Skills

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (knowledge of other coding languages is appreciated)
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment while responding to evolving product inquiries
• Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving client needs and product launches
• A solutions mindset with a passion for white-glove customer experience
• An agile critical thinker with developed problem-solving skills
