- Provide senior oversight of the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, events, roundtables, webcasts and leadership engagement activity.
- Challenge and support business sponsors and campaign leads to develop robust plans, maintain accountability and deliver against agreed outcomes.
- Partner with BMC to strengthen positioning, promotion, audience engagement and market reach.
Budget & Performance Management
- Oversee campaign and events budgets, challenging investment choices and ensuring resources are directed towards the highest strategic and commercial priorities.
- Define and monitor meaningful performance measures, connecting activity to audience engagement, pipeline progression and broader business outcomes.
- Champion continuous improvement across the portfolio by applying lessons learned, scaling best practice and raising standards of execution.

- Credibility and presence to influence senior stakeholders, navigate differing priorities and build trusted relationships across a matrix organisation.
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to operate independently and exercise sound judgement.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate with clarity and impact.
- An inclusive, collaborative leadership style that enables effective teaming across functions, countries and levels of seniority.
