Job Description

Do you want to play an important role in creating our pricing strategies? Do you thrive on leveraging data for decision making? Are you looking for a role where you can have an impact on the business? The JP Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is seeking a Program Manager to join our Pricing team.

As Pricing Program Manager, you will own incentives and rate cards for DSP partners. You will design and deploy the incentive structures that unlock incremental last-mile capacity, directly helping Amazon achieve higher flexibility during peak periods. You will also develop and execute the pricing recommendations and rate cards that set the year-round cost structure for DSP partners, keeping rates competitive, accurate, and financially sustainable. Together, incentives and pricing are the lever that moves everything else — you will ensure DSPs have competitive, reliable earnings that keep Delivery Associates engaged across both business-as-usual and peak cycles.

A successful candidate will be highly analytical, be customer obsessed, able to overcome obstacles, and have excellent written and verbal communication. The candidate should be comfortable leading cross-functional business decisions, aligning partner teams, and recommend long-term solutions grounded in data. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, has attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, and a passion for data.

At Amazon, you'll work alongside the latest AI and GenAI tools that are increasingly woven into how teams operate: from AI-powered capabilities that accelerate decision-making, to Generative AI that helps you focus on work that truly matters. You'll have opportunities and resources to develop AI fluency at your own pace, with continuous learning built into the culture.

Key job responsibilities
• Own the design, maintenance, and governance of DSP rate cards and pricing models
• Own end-to-end design and deployment of DSP incentive structures during peak events
• Track earnings competitiveness and reliability gaps, benchmark rates, and drive interventions that keep DSPs engaged and fairly compensated
• Develop processes and mechanisms that address existing shortcomings and enable us to scale our growing business
• Review rate-card and prior-peak outcomes to diagnose root causes and institutionalize corrective actions into the next cycle
• Report to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations
