At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly.    Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.

Your challenges:

-Ensure BMS integration and governance for Directive A1082 by mapping regulatory requirements to operational processes and driving ABR rationalization.

-Steer FU.AI process governance and lead maturity roadmaps (Mat 3 / Mat 4) to reinforce industrial systems integration and compliance.

-Lead the Work Package Archiving stream across process, physical/digital solutions, and backlog management while overseeing allocated operational budgets.

-Deliver complete Manufacturing Engineering Dossiers, including build process definition, routings, dual BoM, SOI, and tooling specifications.

-Pilot process front desk arbitration, manage non-conformity resolutions, and drive shop-floor technical queries alongside Multi-Functional Teams.

Your boarding pass

-Background in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field.

-Minimum 3 years of operational experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial system design, or business management systems (BMS).

-In-depth technical knowledge of aeronautical standards and airworthiness regulations (EASA Part 21G / POA and EN 9100).

-Proven expertise in manufacturing deliverables: routing creation, BoM management, change control (PRS/TRS), and FAI/PPV processes.
