The opportunity 

This role supports the operation of a global product or the delivery of a service line to a global client base. You will assist the Product/Service Line Manager with managing the product or service, coordinating activities across teams, and partnering with global clients to understand requirements and improve delivery. 

You will take ownership of defined tasks, work across multiple teams to achieve business objectives, and may provide coverage for the Product/Service Line Manager. The role supports both deployments and ongoing activities and requires strong knowledge of the client or product area, its functions and services, and the system or service delivery life cycle. 

Your key responsibilities 

• Assist in overseeing all aspects of a global product or service line and support the strategic direction established by the Product/Service Line Manager. 
• Help prepare business cases and identify potential impacts to other products and services. 
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver product updates, enhancements, and deployments. 
• Serve as a primary escalation point for product- or service-related issues and as a secondary liaison to the Global Working Community for the assigned area. 
• Support the defect repair and enhancement life cycle, including classification, prioritization, and cross-functional impact analysis. 
• Assist with the design and development of functional requirements and coordinate work efforts across modules. 
• Analyze diverse requirements across multiple countries and recommend system changes based on client needs. 
• Prepare and review end-user documentation and training materials, and provide subject-matter knowledge during workshops and training sessions. 
• May supervise project teams or team members, including performance management responsibilities, as appropriate. 
• Provide product or service line support on a 24/7 basis and work nonstandard hours when needed for deployments and ongoing activities.

• Sound research, analytical, and decision-making skills, including the ability to assess requirements, prioritize defects and enhancements, and evaluate cross-functional impacts. 
• Ability to respond appropriately during crisis situations and manage escalations effectively. 
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills, with the ability to work independently in a self-managed environment. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of Microsoft Project. 

To qualify you must have 

• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience. 
• At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a medium to large environment performing business analysis, sales and marketing, business development, and/or project systems management. 
• Direct experience supporting medium to complex management activities, such as business development, application development, or deployment. 
• Practical experience or training in project management, business analysis, sales, marketing, business development, or relationship management.

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The base salary range for this job is: 
• • New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices – $95,100 to $161,700
  • Bay Area California offices – $99,100 to $168,400
  • All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento – $79,300 to $148,200
• Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
