Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice is engaged in the production of starters, air dampers and valves, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) and innovative electric generators for hybrid vehicles, as well as the regeneration of alternators, starters, dual mass flywheels and compressors for car air-conditioning. Valeo Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice has its own modern research and development center which provides innovative solutions for car manufacturing

Currently for our entity Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice we recruit Product Technical Leader - Aftermarket 

Your challenges: 

• Implementation new and reman products for Commercial Vehicles
• Being a technical contacts in front of OES customers
• Design of new components for remanufactured products with Design Review with suppliers
• Manage R&D documentation in PLM
• Defining product requirements and product specs also with customers
• Defining test specifications and scope of tests
• Issuing DVP&R -- defining test specifications, test requirements and test plan
• Leading Proof of Concept activities including prototypes assembly and prototypes testing
• Supervising tests in the Test Center located in EU
• Contributing to P-30 plan in CV perimeter
• Creating R&D Standards 
• Supporting production team
• Managing product life
• Implementation engineering changes to modify existing products to keep them in production and/or implement replacements
• Leading car tests linked with communication and co-operation between different vehicle electric and electronic systems

Join our team if you have: 

• Engineering degree: mechanical;
• Engineering way of thinking including Reverse Engineering;
• Experience in automotive - will be additional advantage;
• Fluent English language, min B2;
• Knowledge about automotive industry standards;
• Teamwork spirit;
• Creative and dynamic personality. 
• Knowledge of Catia 3D/2D workspace is a plus
• Knowledge about basic Commercial Vehicle Transmissions will be an advantage
