Identity Security Architect - Singapore, Raffles City Tower | Accenture Job

• Own end-to-end IAM delivery planning and execution, including scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, stakeholder reporting, and change management against agreed commitments.

• Coordinate requirements, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities across enterprise IGA and access management platforms.

• Drive human identity lifecycle processes covering joiner, mover and leaver workflows, provisioning and deprovisioning, access requests, approvals, and periodic access reviews.

• Coordinate non-human identity lifecycle management, including inventory, ownership assignment, onboarding, access governance, periodic reviews, and retirement of service accounts and application identities.

• Partner with business owners, application teams, architects, and security stakeholders to align IAM requirements and integrations with enterprise standards and applicable financial services control requirements.

• Coordinate delivery teams and platform partners, facilitate design and delivery reviews, and resolve cross-team dependencies and delivery risks.

• Oversee testing readiness, defect resolution, deployment planning, and operational handover to support sustainable implementation outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering Identity and Access Management initiatives in complex enterprise environments.

• Hands-on delivery experience with enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platforms and access management technologies.

• Experience managing human identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, approvals, and access reviews.

• Experience governing non-human identities, including service accounts and application identities, across onboarding, ownership, review, and retirement activities.

• Experience working in financial services or similarly regulated environments with security, risk, and control requirements.

• Strong delivery management capabilities across planning, dependencies, risks, issues, testing, deployment, and stakeholder communication.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, technology, architecture, application, and security stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary IAM delivery teams of 10 or more members.

• Strong IAM architecture or solution design expertise across identity governance and access management domains.

• Extensive IAM experience, ideally developed over 15 or more years across complex enterprise transformation and delivery environments.

• Experience driving large-scale IAM implementations involving multiple systems, integrations, stakeholder groups, and identity types.
