戦略的なエンタープライズのお客様の組織内に直接入り込み、お客様のエンジニアリングチームと共に、AIを活用した本番システムを自律的に設計・構築・デプロイ・運用します。本番品質のソフトウェアを開発し、要件定義から本番デプロイまで、AIワークストリーム全体のデリバリーにエンドツーエンドで責任を持ちます。AWS SDEとしての技術的な厳密さに加え、計測可能なビジネス成果を顧客に届けるためのスピード感とオーナーシップを兼ね備えています。自律的に業務を遂行するコントリビューターです。ソフトウェアライフサイクル全体にわたって、実際に動作する機能を提供します。曖昧な課題に対しては、適切なガイダンスを受けながら設計上のトレードオフを判断し、一貫性のある実装を設計します。ビジネス課題は明確になっているものの実装方法が十分に具体化されていないプロジェクトを担当し、さまざまな制約のバランスを取りながら、短期的な暫定対応を最小限に抑えます。また、高品質なコードを書くためのコーチングや、新メンバーの育成も行います。

Key job responsibilities
お客様エンジニアリングチームへの参画
・お客様、ステークホルダー、同僚と協力し、構築するシステムがもたらすビジネス価値や顧客価値を理解
・お客様のビジネスプロセス、技術アーキテクチャ、運用上の制約を理解
担当ワークストリームにおける、お客様要件のAI対応本番システムの技術設計への落とし込み

本番AIアプリケーションの構築
・検索パイプライン、ワークフロー自動化、APIオーケストレーションレイヤー、データ統合など、AIおよびエージェント型ワークフローを支える本番品質のソフトウェアを設計・開発
・リスクや障害が顕在化している困難な課題の解決、状況の明確化とシンプルな解決策の設計
・基盤モデル、お客様のデータソース、既存アプリケーションを統合し、一貫性のあるAI体験を実現

レイテンシ、信頼性、コストの最適化
・担当ワークストリームの本番運用への責任
・スコープ定義、設計、コーディング、テスト、デプロイ、運用、保守を含むソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル全体における、中心的な役割の担当
・AIモデル、分散システム、アプリケーションサービスにまたがる本番インシデントのトラブルシューティング

運用上の問題についての根本原因の特定と解決
・AIシステムの健全性を維持するための、監視、評価、ガードレール、CI/CDの実装
・現状に満足することなく、運用改善の機会を日常的に発見・実行

メンタリングとチームの底上げ
・システムの構築方法、運用方法、全体像の中での位置づけについて、新メンバーを積極的に指導・育成
・コードレビューなどの仕組みを通じて、高品質なコードを書くためのコーチング
・コードレビューのプロセスに積極的に参加し、他のメンバーに有意義なフィードバックを提供

お客様のAI導入を加速
・担当するお客様案件の中で、AI活用を拡大する機会を発見
・将来の顧客展開に役立つ再利用可能なパターンやアクセラレーターの体系化、AWSのサービスへのフィードバック
・チームのソフトウェアやプロセスを改善する取り組みの実施

Basic Qualifications:

- 3年以上のプロフェッショナルなソフトウェア開発経験
- 技術者と技術者以外の双方に対して、技術的なコンセプトを伝えた経験
- エージェントを用いた開発および仕様駆動開発の経験
- AIツールの使用経験：評価用フレームワーク、エージェントツール、RAGパイプライン、プロンプトエンジニアリング
- ビジネスレベルの日本語能力

Preferred Qualifications:

- コーディング規約、コードレビュー、ソースコード管理、ビルドプロセス、テスト、運用を含む、ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル全体にわたる3年以上の経験
- お客様の本番環境での業務経験
- 本番環境でAI/MLアプリケーションを構築またはデプロイした経験
- エンドツーエンドで本番システムを構築・スケールするチームでの業務経験
- クラウドサービスを利用した業務経験
