Job Description

The Business Analyst serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and business teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements and driving data-informed decision-making. This role is responsible for analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key job responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
1.Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
2.Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking mechanisms to support decision-making
3.Perform root cause analysis to address business challenges

Process Improvement
1. Map end-to-end business processes and identify optimization opportunities
2.Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
3.Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes

Stakeholder Management
1.Act as the primary liaison between business teams, Stakeholders and leadership
2.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams
3.Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders with clarity

Basic Qualifications:

- 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in data analytics or automation
