The opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Technology Portfolio Roadmap Analyst at the Supervising Associate level to join the Digital Talent & Transformation Office (DiTTO). Reporting to the Digital Talent Strategy Lead, you will maintain the talent technology portfolio and integrated roadmap, coordinate approved updates, and prepare clear information for reviews and decisions. You will track milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and actions, and escalate gaps or conflicts. This role does not manage people, set technology strategy, or make final priority or investment decisions.
Your key responsibilities
Maintain the technology portfolio and roadmap
• Maintain the official record of products and platforms, including ownership, lifecycle, cost, vendors, integrations, risks, technical debt, and key documents
• Keep the integrated roadmap current with approved milestones, timing, sequencing, dependencies, assumptions, and decision points
• Apply agreed names, data standards, and version control so information is consistent, traceable, and ready for review
Support planning, governance, and decisions
• Collect planning inputs and summarize delivery status, capacity, cost, risk, dependencies, timing, and expected outcomes
• Prepare simple scenarios and recommendations for manager review, and record approved decisions, reasons, owners, and next steps
• Coordinate review calendars, agendas, pre-reads, action logs, decision logs, and follow-up until actions are closed
• Connect approved and deferred requests to the correct portfolio and roadmap records with a clear owner, status, and next step
Provide reporting and data quality
• Work with the Data Lead, Portfolio Manager, and Project Manager to prepare dashboards, roadmap views, status reports, and decision materials
• Check that data is complete, accurate, current, and follows agreed standards; work with owners to resolve gaps
• Track progress, delivery health, adoption, cost, risk, value, and vendor commitments, and flag important trends or exceptions
Coordinate stakeholders and improve ways of working
• Work with business, product, and technical stakeholders to confirm updates, ownership, commitments, milestones, risks, issues, and changes
• Prepare clear communications and support workshops, product reviews, readiness meetings, and post-launch follow-up
• Improve approved portfolio tools, templates, workflows, reporting, and data-quality practices
Skills and attributes for success
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through across several deadlines
• Ability to analyze complex information and prepare clear reports, presentations, and recommendations
• Clear communication and coordination across business and technical teams
• Good judgment to resolve routine issues and escalate important decisions, conflicts, or risks
• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English

• Maintain a trusted technology portfolio with clear ownership, lifecycle, cost, vendor, risk, and integration information
• Establish a reliable roadmap update and review cycle that reflects approved priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions
• Deliver timely dashboards, pre-reads, and decision materials that improve visibility and support informed decisions
• Improve traceability from approved requests through roadmap placement, delivery, launch, and lifecycle status
