An experienced IGA leader who is equally comfortable at the whiteboard and in front of client leadership. You bring deep hands-on expertise in leading IGA platforms and have served as both the solution architect and the project delivery lead on complex, end-to-end identity governance implementations. Day-to-day, you own the technical vision, guide teams through design and build decisions, and keep delivery on track—managing scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholders with confidence.
You have the experience to assess a client’s identity governance maturity, anticipate business and compliance requirements, and design right-sized solutions based on industry-leading practices. You translate complex identity concepts into clear business outcomes for senior stakeholders, build trusted client relationships, and are passionate about developing and mentoring the consultants and engineers on your team.
The Work
- Serve as the IGA solution architect, owning the target-state architecture and IGA design documents, and presenting and defending design decisions with client stakeholders and architecture review boards
- Serve as the project delivery lead, owning the project plan, scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and quality, and reporting status, issues, and risks to client and Accenture leadership
- Lead IGA assessments and shape strategies and roadmaps aligned to client business, security, and regulatory compliance objectives
- Define deployment and implementation methodology and standards consistent with vendor and Accenture best practices
- Direct the installation, integration, configuration, and deployment of IGA solutions for User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Access Certifications, Role Management, and Separation of Duties
- Define application onboarding strategy and oversee connector integrations at scale across directories, databases, ITSM platforms, and cloud and SaaS applications
- Provide technical oversight of rules development, workflow customizations, and plugin development, including design and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability
- Own the test strategy and lead system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production go-live and cutover activities
- Lead, mentor, and develop onshore and offshore consultants and developers, removing blockers and driving accountability across the team
- Manage vendor relationships and escalations, partnering with product support to resolve complex product issues
- Ensure operational readiness through handover documentation, knowledge transfer, training, and a smooth transition to operations teams
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as an advisor on identity governance, compliance, and access risk
- Support business development, including solution shaping, estimates, proposals, and SOWs
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
