Job Description

If you thrive in a challenging, evolving, and fast-paced environment, this role is for you! We are looking for a Human Resources leader to drive the development and implementation of HR strategies impacting various PXT (HR) organizations. The Principal HRBP must be able to work independently with AI assistance, establish and execute long- and short-term human capital strategies and make tradeoffs where necessary while taking a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You'll need strong analytical skills and the ability to translate your clients' business plans and goals into the human resource capabilities needed for the future workforce. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, capability, and the employee experience. In addition, this role will be accountable for driving global initiatives and projects, such as workforce planning, org design, location strategy, three-year operating plans (3YOPs), employee relations, and an AI-enabled workforce and culture. This is a great opportunity to be a true owner in one of the most important areas of tech today.

The ideal candidate isn't just looking for another HR role — they're seeking to make their mark on an industry in transformation. Your experience should demonstrate success in driving change at scale, with a track record of guiding senior leaders through complex organizational challenges. You'll bring both the strategic vision to anticipate future needs and the practical expertise to execute flawlessly on day-to-day talent operations, and you can commit to travel across EMEA (40%) and international travel (10% a year).

The role demands someone equally comfortable analyzing workforce metrics, ideating how AI adoption can drive the business forward, and advising senior leaders on sensitive topics. You'll act as strategist, coach, and innovation partner — all in service of building the teams that will define the future.

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience in an HR generalist, management, or business partner role
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities
- Experience coaching senior leaders and managers with strong talent assessment skills
- Experience in writing and editing with a strong command of grammar, punctuation and style
- Experience supporting technical organizations or being in a tech role
- Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
- Experience with employee relations
- Master's degree
