Job Description:

Solution Architect

Qualifications - Must Have

• Knowledge of Software Development processes/lifecycle
• Strong experience working with engineering teams and other stakeholders
• Experience with requirements engineering, business analysis, and solution design
• Strong understanding of software architecture
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently, an interest in understanding Cubris as a whole and a desire to help us improve our ways of working

Qualifications - Nice to Have

• Rail domain knowledge
• Experience with Quality, V-models, EN, ISO, etc.

Your tasks:

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, customers, and stakeholders to understand business needs
• Lead large initiatives from idea to requirements to design
• Design and document architecture for products
• Support estimation, risk assessment, and feasibility analysis for new initiatives and customer opportunities
• Create and review product requirements (assist Product Manager in describing features in pre-sales activities)
• Translate product requirements into solution designs to be implemented by engineering teams
• Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, feasible, and aligned with the product strategy before development begins
• Identify gaps between customer needs and existing product capabilities and recommend product enhancements or configuration approaches
• Ensure architectural designs support cybersecurity compliance requirements
• Engage in customer-facing discussions regarding solution design, integrations, and technical capabilities (post-sale)
