EY- Risk Consulting – Risk Analytics – Full Stack Senior

As part of our Risk Analytics team, you will help clients identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate business and operational risks using data, analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end full stack solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs, and working closely with stakeholders to build innovative digital products. The role requires strong development expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience with modern application architectures, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies including AI-enabled solutions.

The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Full Stack and Azure Senior Developer with strong expertise in Angular, React, microservices, and Agentic AI application development. In this hands-on role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable AI-driven applications using Microsoft Azure cloud services and modern .NET technologies. You will collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams, contribute to technical design decisions, write high-quality code, troubleshoot complex issues, and support the delivery of secure, reliable, and high-performance solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack applications using C#/.NET Core, Angular/React,  and SQL Server.
• Develop and maintain microservices-based solutions on Azure, applying best practices in cloud development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and integrate Agentic AI applications leveraging AI/ML models and Azure AI services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into production-ready solutions.
• Support junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing while contributing to continuous improvement.
• Follow established coding standards, architectural guidelines, and security practices, and contribute recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and optimize Azure-based solutions for cost, performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in AI, cloud computing, and full stack development.

Skills and attributes for success

Primary:

• Proven hands-on experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, with strong proficiency in C#/.NET Core, Angular or React and SQL Server.
• Strong hands-on experience developing, integrating, and maintaining microservices-based applications using .NET technologies.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications using Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, and Azure AI services.
• Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines for application code and infrastructure using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, with practical experience developing or integrating Agentic AI applications and intelligent systems.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, testing, debugging, and code-quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, and technical mentoring skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Overall, 4-8 years of experience.

Secondary:

• Demonstrated experience in the Risk domain, with a strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, compliance, regulatory requirements, and technology-enabled risk solutions.
• Understanding of security, auditability, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with high-availability and mission-critical enterprise applications.
• Experience with Python-based backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Working knowledge about various AI Agents/ Agentic workflow and multi-agent frameworks and SDKs.
• Understanding of various types of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Fundamental understanding of Retrieval Augment Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Experience with M365 Copilot Studio.
• Microsoft Azure AI-901/ AI-103 Certification.
