Hybrid role based in the Innovation Centre in Carrigtwohill, Cork

Who we want:

As an Associate Project Manager within our Advanced Operations team, you’ll take full ownership of driving complex engineering projects that directly impact the development and launch of new products across our global manufacturing network. You’ll work at the intersection of innovation, technical excellence, and stakeholder collaboration – leading the team to ensure we deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.

What you will do:

• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle and assume overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
• Responsible to the project stakeholders for delivering a project’s objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Lead New Product, Process and Technology implementation initiatives into our manufacturing environment while tightly managing project spend on capital & expense budgets.
• Define and clarify project scope while developing and maintaining the project schedule. Ownership for managing and reporting project progress.
• Actively manage stakeholder relationships and communication, working closely with the New Product Development teams, Global Marketing, and Manufacturing Operations to drive successful project implementation.
• Actively engage with Manufacturing Operations partners to evaluate and implement process manufacturing requirements, including equipment selection, site layouts, validations, training and quality assurance.
• Assign team responsibilities, support performance reviews, and inspire team success.
• Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and appropriately managing project risk and liaise with broader AO team on common NPI issues, mitigations and resolutions.
• Drive a culture of accountability, excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• 2 years of project management or engineering experience (ideally in a regulated industry).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you're a natural collaborator and influencer.
• Solid technical foundation, with experience in process validation, risk management, and project scheduling tools.
• A growth mindset, adaptability, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired)

• PMP certification (or strong interest in achieving it).
• Demonstrated Leadership, Project Management and Engineering experience in New Product Introduction in a regulated environment.

  

 

Ireland Pay Ranges:

• Ireland: €44,000 - €74,000 EUR Annual
