In an ever-evolving IT landscape, EY's Cyber Managed Services practice helps organizations strengthen and sustain their cybersecurity operations through scalable, outcome-driven managed service solutions. As a member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will play a critical role in the ongoing delivery and support of enterprise identity services, helping clients maintain secure, compliant, and efficient access management programs.

Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing IAM platforms and processes while ensuring service quality, operational excellence, and adherence to established service-level commitments. This is an opportunity to leverage both your technical skills and business acumen to deliver meaningful security outcomes and help clients navigate the complexities of modern identity environments.

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and service enhancement initiatives.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of operational excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
