As part of our Cybersecurity team, you will join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) practice, supporting organizations in designing, implementing and improving their Identity Governance and Administration capabilities.

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant with hands-on experience in SailPoint who can contribute to complex IAM transformation and implementation projects, working closely with clients, technical teams and business stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to participate in both national and international projects, helping clients strengthen identity governance, automate access management processes and reduce identity-related cybersecurity risks.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant focused on IAM and SailPoint, you will:

• Participate in the design, implementation, configuration and optimization of SailPoint solutions, including SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud:
• Support end-to-end Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementations and transformation projects;
• Design and implement Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes and identity lifecycle management workflows;
• Configure and improve user provisioning and deprovisioning, access requests and approval workflows;
• Implement and support access certification and recertification campaigns;
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and access governance models;
• Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and identification of inappropriate or excessive access;
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories and platforms, such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SAP and other business applications;
• Support the development and configuration of connectors, workflows, rules and integrations within the SailPoint ecosystem;
• Perform IAM maturity assessments and help define IAM strategies, governance models and transformation roadmaps;
• Identify identity and access-related cybersecurity risks and recommend appropriate remediation measures;
• Work closely with Cybersecurity, IT, HR and business teams to understand access requirements and translate them into effective IAM solutions;
• Support and mentor junior team members, reviewing deliverables and contributing to project delivery;
• Prepare technical documentation, functional requirements, client presentations and project deliverables;
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in IAM, IGA, Zero Trust and Identity Security.

To qualify for the role, you should have:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, with relevant experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance & Administration (IGA);
• Hands-on professional experience with SailPoint, preferably IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud;
• Experience participating in SailPoint implementation, configuration, integration or optimization projects;
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including: Identity Lifecycle Management, Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes, Provisioning and deprovisioning, Access Requests, Access Reviews and Certifications, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), Privileged and high-risk access, Identity Governance;
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID;
• Understanding of authentication, authorization and access control concepts;
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with different enterprise applications and systems;
• Good understanding of Cybersecurity and Identity Security risks and controls;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities;
• Ability to work independently while supporting and guiding more junior team members;
• Experience working with multidisciplinary and international teams;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• Experience with Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, REST APIs, SQL, XML and/or JSON, particularly in the context of SailPoint implementations;
• Experience integrating SailPoint with SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory or cloud platforms;
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk;
• Understanding of SSO, MFA and federation technologies, including SAML and OAuth/OIDC;
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and Identity-First Security principles;
• Experience with other IAM/IGA technologies would be considered an advantage;
• Relevant certifications in SailPoint, Microsoft Identity, Cybersecurity or IAM;
• Previous experience in consulting environments and client-facing projects.
