We’re building a world of health around every individual — shaping a more connected, convenient and compassionate health experience. At CVS Health®, you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of a learning and development strategy that supports colleague growth across CMX, with particular focus on capability building, go-to-market readiness, and onboarding. This role sits within the Transformation team in CMX Marketing, a function focused on advancing internal engagement, capability building, and more effective ways of working across CMX.

As an individual contributor, you will design and deliver learning experiences that build the knowledge, skills, and confidence CMX colleagues need to succeed in a fast-growing, highly cross-functional environment. The role supports CMX-wide onboarding and development across functions, while also leading selected training initiatives for seller-facing teams. You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, Client Success, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learning priorities are aligned and responsive to business needs. You will also lead key learning programs that help colleagues understand CMX’s strategy, value proposition, and connection to CVS Health and the broader industry ecosystem. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional partnership, comfort operating in a matrixed environment, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

This role is hybrid. You must work in one of our Corporate Hubs 2 or more days a week: Woonsocket, RI, Wellesley, MA, New York, NY, or Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain role-based learning paths and capability-building programs aligned to CMX priorities, competencies, and business needs, including product, platform, process, and role-specific training
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of a CMX-wide onboarding experience that helps new colleagues build core business, functional, and cultural understanding
  • Design and deliver targeted learning programs for sales teams, in partnership with Sales leadership and Sales Enablement, including certification programs that strengthen seller readiness, knowledge, and capability
  • Lead and refine the CMX learning operating model, including intake, prioritization, tiers of support, service expectations, and delivery planning
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders across CMX to identify learning needs, prioritize work, and translate evolving business priorities into practical learning plans and training experiences
  • Lead signature CMX learning programs, including the 101 series and OneHeart sessions, to strengthen colleague understanding of CMX, its role within CVS Health, and its broader market context
  • Lead the learning and content strategy for the annual CMX kickoff experience in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Create and maintain learning assets such as facilitator guides, learner materials, playbooks, quick-reference tools, and self-serve resources
  • Support people leaders with tools and guidance that help reinforce learning, encourage application on the job, and surface ongoing development needs
  • Measure training effectiveness through learner feedback, readiness signals, adoption, and evidence of improved confidence and on-the-job application
  • Partner across the enterprise to leverage existing resources, reduce duplication, and create high-quality learning experiences that reflect how CMX operates within CVS Health
