We are looking for a Support & Services (S&S) Contract Manager, to be part of a multicultural and transnational team!

Your location:

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

What can you expect?

Your main missions will be:

• Management and follow-up of complex and international S&S Contracts under your responsibility including customer relationship and monitoring of progress
• Lead and perform contract updates and amendments in the international context with OCCAr
• Manage and lead contracts’ commitments and budget constraints while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Develop a partnership with the customer to sustain & enhance business

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Contract management, execution and coordination of complex and international contracts
• Ensure profitability by actively managing budgets and reducing financial claims caused by non-performance (on-quality, on-time)
• Ensure the support and contract fulfilment by on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery of deliverables and services, responsible for profit and loss as support contract manager
• Animate and build relationships between disciplines (Tech.Data, Engineering and ILS Management)
• Lead offers strategy & validate the S&S part for complex offers
• Act as focal point related to S&S contractual topics towards the customers. Be also the focal point for internal customers.
• Representative within S&S as well as customer conferences and meetings for area of responsibility
• Animation and management of in-service support activities with related business functions to ensure customer satisfaction, this incl. continuous improvement of in-service processes
• Monitoring of KPIs and manage if required root cause analysis to launch improvements initiatives
• Project, risk and opportunity management within S&S Contracts execution

Desired skills and qualifications:

• You are educated to a bachelor or master’s degree level in Aeronautical Engineering or Business Administration (with technical basic knowledge on H/C)

• You are experienced in project management, financial/economic controlling and risk assessment

• You have good knowledge of ILS and in-service support and customer services, with a particular focus on defence helicopters is a real plus

• You are very experienced with customer support processes in an international context

• You are characterized by your positive energy, autonomy and creativity to solve problems, as well as change management skills to influence and push change

• English language skills: business fluent
