Healthcare ERP Demand Planning Consulting Manager - Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3 | Accenture Job

We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM & Demand Planning Consulting Manager to lead and deliver large-scale ERP transformation programs with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Demand Planning. The role requires deep functional expertise in SAP SCM and IBP platforms, combined with proven consulting leadership to drive end-to-end implementation strategy and business transformation initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for shaping solution strategy, managing delivery teams, and enabling clients — particularly in the healthcare sector — to achieve measurable business outcomes through SAP ERP platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Engage with C-level stakeholders to align SAP SCM and Demand Planning strategy with broader business and operational objectives

• Drive executive decision-making through structured insights, business case development, and data-driven recommendations

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops for vendor selection, solution discovery, and design; ensure alignment across supply chain, finance, and IT functions

Solution Design & Delivery

• Lead functional discovery, process assessments, and fit-gap analysis across SAP SCM and Demand Planning domains

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solution designs, covering end-to-end supply chain and planning processes

• Drive alignment between business processes and SAP system capabilities, including integration touchpoints across ERP modules

• Lead design workshops and support key decision-making checkpoints throughout the program lifecycle

• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment activities to ensure quality delivery across workstreams

Program Management & Governance

• Lead program planning, resource management, and delivery governance across SAP SCM transformation engagements

• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

• Establish and enforce delivery frameworks, standards, and quality assurance checkpoints

• Build and manage high-performing consulting teams, providing mentorship and career development guidance

Business Development & Thought Leadership

• Support RFP responses and solution proposals, articulating SAP SCM and Demand Planning value propositions

• Contribute to capability building, practice development, and thought leadership within the SCM domain

• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships and grow the SAP practice

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in SAP ERP consulting, with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management and Demand Planning

• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP for demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes

• Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP SCM transformation programs as a functional lead or program manager

• Consulting experience in client-facing roles within a professional services environment

• Experience in Healthcare transformation programs is strongly preferred

• Experience working on RFPs, solution proposals, and business development activities

Core Skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP IBP modules — Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

• Deep functional expertise in SAP SCM modules — Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), Production Planning (PP), and Sales & Distribution (SD) is preferred

• Expertise in business process design, fit-gap analysis, and solution architecture across end-to-end supply chain workflows

• Experience in program management, risk management, and governance frameworks for large ERP programs

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Ability to drive data-driven decision-making through scoring frameworks, ROI models, and supply chain analytics

Qualifications & Certifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP IBP for Supply Chain is preferred

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management is an advantage

• APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or equivalent supply chain certification is advantageous
