This position is hybrid and availability to work 1-2 days a week at the Metro Center - Washington, DC office is required. Other days will be telecommuting.

Role:
Provides environmental compliance and planning support to, or administrative oversight of, programs and/or projects. Applicant must be a self starter, organized, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with schedule management for Director and Branch Chief (Coordination)
• Draft, review, and edit official correspondence
• Create and update PowerPoint Presentations and Spreadsheets 
• Work with Branch Chief to track program progress 
• Conduct environmental compliance or planning research, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports 
• Assist environmental and energy program managers with the development of schedules and tracking metrics
• Gather and analyze relevant information and data
• Create and maintain SharePoint sites

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related environmental science or energy professional experience or high school degree or equivalent with 5+ years of equivalent environmental experience.
• Ability to pass a Government background investigation.
• Able to work on multiple projects at once.
• High level of organizational skills required.

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
