-Support regulatory compliance, auditing, risk management, and governance across Prime Air’s drone delivery program
-Investigate noncompliance concerns and recommend preventative measures
-Contribute to the design of scalable compliance programs and internal controls that address aviation regulatory and operational risk at delivery sites and across the operating network.
-Analyze operations data and compliance metrics to identify trends, validate controls, and support risk assessments that inform operational decision-making.
-Manage the day-to-day operation of the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program, including intake and triage of findings, identifying root cause trends, assigning and tracking corrective actions to closure, and tracking effectiveness of preventive measures.
-Monitor regulatory developments across active and planned operating regions (FAA, CAA, EASA, and other authorities) and help translate new requirements into actionable guidance for operations teams.
-Support compliance risk assessments tied to operational changes, new site launches, new aircraft configurations, and geographic expansions.
-Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members across Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Engineering, Quality, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Safety to support compliance integration into daily business processes.
-Support compliance documentation management and training programs.
-Innovate Culture of Compliance engagements and training programs.
