Position Summary

Responsible for the production, sortation, and distribution of all system generated forms (reports, store generated billings, labels, etc.) daily.  Meet established deadlines to ensure the facility has the necessary documents required to process orders for the stores serviced by this facility.

*** Availability to work Monday-Friday ranging from 12pm-8pm, with additional flexibility is required ***

What you will do

• Acts as a top-level specialist to deliver technical support for the Distribution area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.
• Executes tasks that may not be routine and are crucial to the progression and completion of technical support requests.
• Defines operations for terminal and computer to release waves, run reports, and print reports, distributes modern technology, and responds to customer queries.
• Designs systems to maintain computer room equipment, IT supply inventory, and label management.
• Delivers electronic equipment support and solves ticket issues.
• Assists in supporting network application software downtime and outage response.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a warehouse or distribution center
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, troubleshoot, and count accurately
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
• Ability to operate various equipment including Computer Terminal, PC, HP Printers, and SATO Printers
• Professional telephone skills
• Ability to maintain predictable and reliable attendance
• You should be comfortable working in warehouse environment, which includes seasonal temperature changes, rolling
  equipment, and conveyors
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to use UPS machine

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $42.35

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
