. Air distribution system for common area and basement.

. HVAC equipment in common area

. BMS System • Access Control.

. General Lighting & Distribution.

. System • DG Operations.

. Emergency Lighting system.

. UPS System • HT system.

. Transformer & Switchgear

. LT system • WTP

. Plumbing - Domestic/Flush/Fire Fighting/Wastewater system

. Hot Water system • Fire Alarm system

. Public address System

. Sprinkler System

. Fire Hydrant System

. CCTV Management

. Residents level plumbing & electrical complaints

. Coordinating with Technical and Property Manager

. PM activity of all Electromechanical assets

. Keeping records of all Statutory documents
