Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Control

Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems for high-rise tower projects, ensuring compliance with international standards, local building codes, and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits of all construction activities, from foundation to finishing works, maintaining detailed documentation and quality records.

RMC & Concrete Operations

Oversee all aspects of Ready Mixed Concrete operations, including batching plant quality control, mix design verification, and concrete placement procedures. Review and approve design mix proposals, conduct cube testing programs, and ensure concrete strength compliance at various stages. Monitor slump tests, temperature controls, and curing procedures to maintain optimal concrete quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Design Mix & Material Testing

Collaborate with design teams and material suppliers to optimize concrete mix designs for various structural applications including columns, beams, slabs, and core walls. Coordinate comprehensive material testing programs including aggregate gradation, cement quality, admixture compatibility, and reinforcement steel verification. Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions when specifications are not met.

Finishing Works Quality Assurance

Establish and enforce quality standards for all finishing trades including plastering, tiling, painting, MEP installations, façade works, and interior fit-outs. Conduct pre-installation meetings with subcontractors to review quality expectations, mock-up requirements, and tolerance criteria. Perform detailed inspections of completed works using established checklists and acceptance criteria.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical guidance to site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors on quality-related matters. Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions. Chair quality review meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve quality issues promptly.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain comprehensive quality documentation including inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, material approvals, test certificates, and non-conformance reports. Prepare detailed quality reports for management review, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas requiring attention. Ensure proper document control and traceability throughout the project.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, environmental regulations, and authority requirements. Coordinate with third-party inspectors, consultants, and regulatory bodies during inspections and approvals. Stay current with evolving quality standards and industry best practices in high-rise construction.

Education & Professional Certification

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional quality certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor highly preferred.
