Job Description

Want to shape how millions of customers discover and buy products from around the world? Amazon Global Store Singapore is redefining cross-border commerce, and as a Senior Program Manager you will own the selection and pricing strategy that determines what customers see, what they pay, and how they convert across a catalogue of over 80 million products. This is a rare opportunity to operate as the primary strategist connecting international selection with local customer needs in a market where the playbook is still being written. You will define program objectives, build new frameworks, set success metrics, and drive results across multiple international arcs — all while partnering with teams spanning on-site marketing, delivery experience, finance, and cost to serve. If you are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, loves experimentation, and wants your work to influence how Global Store operates worldwide, this role is for you.

Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end selection and pricing strategy across multiple international origin arcs, defining objectives, success criteria, and quarterly roadmaps that ladder to organizational growth targets.
- Analyze customer interaction data and program metrics to identify conversion opportunities, track progress, and communicate clear outcomes to senior leadership through well-structured narratives.
- Partner with on-site marketing, delivery experience, finance, science, logistics, and cost-to-serve teams to align on priorities, make informed trade-offs, and keep cross-functional initiatives on track.
- Invent new mechanisms and frameworks for a first-of-its-kind marketplace model — defining how selection quality, pricing competitiveness, and discoverability are measured and improved.
- Advocate for Singapore customer needs in Cross Border decisions, ensuring products from each source market are relevant, competitively priced, and discoverable for local shoppers.

A day in the life
You might start the day reviewing conversion and pricing dashboards, then jump into a working session with science and logistics partners to evaluate landed-cost scenarios across currency pairs. After lunch you could be drafting a narrative for a director review, refining your arc-specific selection roadmap, or running an experiment to test a new discoverability hypothesis. You will regularly move between strategic planning and hands-on problem-solving, serving as the connective thread between international supply and what Singapore customers actually want.

About the team
Global Store Singapore sits in a unique position worldwide — it serves as the test bed for how Global Store can operate as a standalone channel, and the strategies built here will inform the playbook for future markets. The team works across the full customer experience, partnering closely with on-site marketing, delivery experience, finance, marketing, and cost-to-serve functions. We value experimentation, creative thinking, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. If you want to build something new in an inclusive, collaborative environment where your ideas have outsized impact, this is the place.

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
