Your work will directly support profitable service growth while delivering meaningful value to our customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate technical, commercial, operational and contractual inputs to deliver accurate and compliant proposals.
  • Develop optimised service solutions that align customer requirements with available technical capabilities.
  • Translate customer needs into clearly defined scopes, deliverables and execution strategies.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing models and commercial offers while maintaining targeted profitability.
  • Conduct margin analysis and identify opportunities to improve cost competitiveness.
  • Review commercial terms and conditions in collaboration with legal and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate technical, commercial and contractual risks during the tendering process.
  • Support Sales and Business Unit teams in incorporating service offerings into broader customer proposals.
  • Contribute to bid reviews, win-and-loss analysis and the continuous improvement of tendering tools, templates and processes.

Your Background

  • Demonstrated experience in tendering, proposals, commercial management, service sales or a comparable position.
  • Technical understanding of service solutions, preferably within the electrical, energy or related industrial sector.
  • Strong capability in costing, pricing, margin analysis and financial modelling.
  • Working knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, commercial risk and contract-management principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids and competing priorities within demanding submission timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and project-coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical capability and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical and commercial information effectively.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work across sales, engineering, operations and legal teams.
