Senior Manager - Insurance Technology Consulting

As a Senior Manager in Insurance Technology Consulting, you will lead and grow our insurance technology capabilities while overseeing complex transformation programmes and strategic client engagements. You will combine people leadership, delivery excellence, competency development and business growth to help clients transform their insurance businesses through technology and innovation, contributing to our purpose of building a better working world.

Your key responsibilities

You will lead high-performing consulting and delivery teams, oversee large-scale insurance technology programmes and strengthen our market capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Build, lead and develop high-performing delivery and consulting teams, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Act as a role model through strong leadership, client focus and professional excellence, while supporting talent acquisition, career development, coaching and succession planning.
• Lead complex insurance transformation programmes and strategic client engagements involving Guidewire, EIS or other core insurance platforms.
• Oversee programme governance, financials, risks, quality and stakeholder management, serving as a trusted advisor to client executives and delivery teams.
• Drive the development of Insurance Technology capabilities, best practices, methodologies, accelerators and reusable assets.
• Organise knowledge-sharing initiatives, learning programmes and communities of practice, ensuring competencies evolve in line with client needs and market demand.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, supporting sales and account growth across existing and new clients.
• Lead or support pursuits, proposals and RFP responses, acting as Bid Manager where required, and contribute to market offerings, thought leadership and alliance development.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Consulting experience within Insurance and Financial Services, together with a solid understanding of insurance business processes and operating models.
• A proven track record of delivering large-scale insurance transformation programmes and complex technology initiatives.
• Experience with Guidewire, EIS or similar core insurance platforms, supported by a technical background focused on technology delivery and transformation programmes.
• Experience managing global and cross-functional teams, with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience supporting sales, account growth, pursuits, proposals or RFP responses.
• Experience developing consulting capabilities, learning programmes, methodologies, accelerators or reusable assets.
