- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise in designing data models that optimize performance and scalability within enterprise environments.
- Experience in integrating SAP BW/4HANA solutions with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices to support robust reporting and analytics.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data modeling and development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
