Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Analyst, a typical day involves working with a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes monitoring key performance indicators related to testing activities, managing test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain the overall quality of software products. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to synchronize efforts and drive continuous improvement is a core aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and work with the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Work on the development and implementation of testing frameworks that support efficient and effective quality assurance processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with development teams to align testing activities with project timelines and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to adapt to evolving project requirements and technological advancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automation.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, test tools and frameworks to design and execute test scripts.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify areas for automation to improve testing efficiency.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test execution and reporting.
