Senior Supply Chain Coordinator - Singapore | IQVIA Job

The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator's primary role is managing the Open Purchase Order and Cost Management.

• He/she is expected to support an average of ~400 unique Purchase Requests per month.
• The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting procurement operations.
• In addition to purchase requisition processing, responsibilities include supplier coordination, order tracking, and new item creation/maintenance.
• Support warehouse operations when the need arises.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in relevant specialisation.
• 1-2 years of related experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable to work in cold-room environment occasionally (Jacket provided)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized.
• Ability to grasp general concepts of import/export regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
