About the Role

Join Accenture Thailand's CFO&EV practice and help organizations transform finance functions to become more strategic, efficient and insight-driven.

You will apply finance and functional consulting expertise across finance strategy, operating model, performance management, process transformation and digital enablement. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will translate business requirements into practical functional solutions and support transformation from assessment and design through implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess finance operating models, processes and capabilities to identify performance gaps, improvement opportunities and value drivers
• Design future-state finance processes across record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs, process flows, controls, reporting requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Develop recommendations to improve financial performance, cost management, resource allocation and enterprise value.
• Support finance operating model design, including roles, governance, service delivery and performance measures.
• Apply financial modelling and analytics to support forecasting, scenario analysis, business cases and value realization.
• Support technology-enabled finance transformation by aligning functional requirements with appropriate digital solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support implementation, change adoption and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, CFO advisory, enterprise value, finance operations, financial planning and analysis, or functional consulting.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and operating models, with experience across one or more core finance process areas.
• Experience gathering business requirements and designing future-state processes, functional requirements, controls, reporting or performance measures.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, financial modelling, accounting principles and performance management.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, process improvement, operating model or technology-enabled change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-wide finance transformation or cloud-enabled finance initiatives.
• Exposure to enterprise finance systems, planning and reporting solutions, analytics, automation or AI-enabled finance capabilities.
• Experience with shared services, finance operating model design, process transition or service management.
• Experience in business case development, value realization or enterprise performance improvement.
• Experience supporting organizational change, training or adoption activities associated with finance transformation.
