We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Publishing Operations Associate to join the Prime Video Publishing Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate publishing of content across Prime Video's global catalog, supporting the end-to-end content lifecycle from ingestion to availability. This includes partner on-boarding, asset verification, quality control, defect resolution, pipeline troubleshooting, and post-publish validation. You will work within defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and are expected to meet quality and productivity targets while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
1. Perform pre-publish and post-publish QC of digital assets to ensure they meet quality standards.
2. Coordinate with content partners to flag defects, request corrected assets, and ensure delivery before launch dates.
3. Monitor and resolve publishing blockers in the downstream vending pipeline.
4. Proactively raise risks or blockers to the manager to prevent delays.
5. Address post-publish content issues reported through customer tickets within SLA.
6. Update trackers, dashboards, and workflow tools to maintain task visibility.
7. Consistently meet SLA, productivity, and quality goals.
8. Review and validate regional language content (Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Telugu) - ~10% of workload — ensuring accuracy in metadata, titles, and descriptions
