Summary:
As a Business Intelligence Engineer, your day involves creating and enhancing data-driven solutions that empower organizations to make informed decisions. You will be engaged in developing and migrating analytical tools, deploying interfaces that facilitate knowledge sharing, and ensuring these systems are maintained for optimal performance. Your role also includes integrating essential security measures and safeguarding data privacy, contributing to a reliable and trustworthy information environment that supports business objectives and user adoption.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Continuously monitor and optimize existing data solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Document processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- Strong skills in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence.
- Experience in integrating security protocols and data privacy measures within business intelligence solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy and system performance.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes to support data migration and deployment.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
