Accountabilities

The jobholder will help ELTRA to develop new business opportunities, new key accounts and business partners and component service strategies. Also he/she needs to cooperate with Airbus BD team closely and communicate positively. Meanwhile he/she drives himself/herself on project management, market research and reports. 

Main Activities

Strategic activities:

• Research and develop new business models and applications for ELTRA's classical products - Aircraft Component Repair like Repair PBH and Component Repair Management. 
• Develop new repair capability for ELTRA, especially high technical repair capability by Airbus's platform. 
• Develop business opportunities and applications other than ELTRA's standard products (Component Repair) like Manufacture, Modification and STC etc. 
• Business Partner Development – new OEM, strength communication and cooperation with OEM, MRO and Leasing company. 
• Develop the strategy of Component Service for Airbus Chine and ELTRA. 
• Cooperate with Airbus BD team and provide necessary support. 
• Conduct independent project management, and support Airbus's BD team on multiple projects. 

Client related activities 

• Develop business / relationship with selected local strategic key customers. 
• Support and/or coordinate sales team to develop business/relationship with selected global key customers. 

Operational activities 

• Identify and quality new target applications / market segments and input necessary product innovation in the market. 
• Market Trend research and analysis. Understand and identify market potential. Identify target customers or business partners. Understand competitors positions (strategy, pricing, advantages disadvantages, etc) and position properly ELTRA among competitions. Select and develop pilot customer for innovative products 
• When product innovation is necessary, work out ELTRA solution through close collaboration with R&D.

     Qualifications 

• Education: Bachelor above, marketing and / or aviation major preferred. 
• Experience: 5 years working experience in Airlines or/and MRO or/and OEM. Rich experience on Project Management and Business Development. Work experience In foreign company is preferred. 
• Basic Skills: Proficient in Office, Excellent marketing and sales skill, Proficient in English. 
• Certifications: N/A

• Soft Skills: 
  • Take initiative in work with a strong sense of responsibilities, excellent communications skills and team work spirit. 
  • Clear logical thinking and learning abilities. 
  • Able to work under pressures, good health condition, able to have a long-term business trip. Good sense of professional ethics and confidentiality. 
• Technical Skills: Rich experience on Aircraft Component Repair and Service
