Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services aimed at creating effective technical solutions that address various challenges and meet organizational goals. The role requires engaging with multiple facets of engineering, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration, and technical oversight. This position involves applying a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic understanding, and practical experience to ensure that engineering problems are resolved efficiently and business objectives are fulfilled. Collaboration across different technical domains and continuous problem-solving are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and technical decisions to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the evaluation and improvement of existing engineering methods and practices.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wiring Harnesses.
- Strong understanding of wiring harness design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with technical problem-solving related to wiring harness configurations and stress analysis.
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering standards and specifications relevant to wiring harnesses.
- Familiarity with tools and software used for wiring harness design and validation.
- Capability to analyze and troubleshoot wiring harness issues to ensure reliability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Wiring Harnesses.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
