Do you have experience in reverse logistics, repair operations, or returns management? Become part of Accenture's Smart Aftersales Service capability and help clients redesign and optimize their Return & Repair operations.

You will work on strategic consulting and transformation initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, customer experience, turnaround times, and value recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Return & Repair transformation programs.
• Analyze and optimize reverse logistics and repair processes.
• Participate in assessment, design, and transition engagements.
• Contribute to process redesign and operational improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Support business development activities and solution design.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English.
• University Degree
• 2–5 years (Analyst) or 5–9 years (Consultant) of experience in returns, repair, reverse logistics, or related aftermarket supply chain roles—including at least partial consulting experience.
• 10–15 years (Manager) or 15–20 years (Senior Manager) of experience in returns, repair, reverse logistics, or related aftermarket supply chain roles—including at least partial consulting experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in:
  • Return & Repair operations
  • Reverse Logistics
  • Value Recovery
  • RMA Management
  • End-of-Life processes
  • Repair Operations
• Exposure to ERP and logistics platforms such as:
  • SAP SD
  • SAP EWM
  • Oracle SCM
  • Microsoft D365
