As part of our growing Cooling Systems business in Landskrona, Hitachi Energy is looking for a Production Engineer with a focus on Digitalization to join our team. You will work in a global organization that develops and manufactures reliable water-cooling systems for critical applications. We value teamwork, diversity, continuous learning, and innova-tion.


Your Responsibilities

  • Drive digitalization and automation initiatives within production and logistics to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
  • Collect, analyze, and visualize data to identify improvement opportunities and enable fact-based decisions.
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of AI across factory operations to improve performance.
  • Support integration between production systems, ERP solutions, and other digital platforms.
  • Lead or contribute to projects related to MES, WMS, Industry 4.0, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote Lean ways of working and support process optimization across the organization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across functions to implement sustainable and efficient solutions.

Your Background

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field, with experience from manufacturing or production environments.
  • Experience with databases, SQL, ERP systems (such as SAP), and programming.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage projects and drive improvements independently.
  • Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative and inclusive mindset, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
