Purpose of the role

Understanding customer tender and drafting requirements for key clients.Performing and updating system tasks independently as per guidelines.Auditing work completed by Sales team members.

You will be Responsible for:

• Performing system processing in accordance with defined guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Responding to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Highlighting issues, where applicable, and requesting corrective action from the supervisor.
• Communicating with stakeholders regarding process issues, as required.
• Making recommendations and suggestions to improve processes and procedures.
• Performing transactional and support activities, including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation, and pricing in MARS for key clients.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication and inter personal skills.

Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience
