Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4:00 am - 2:30 pm, with OT as needed by the business.


What You Will Do:

  • Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely while meeting production requirements.
  • Inspect machined components using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and specification compliance.
  • Accurately complete production records, maintenance logs, and required documentation.
  • Identify, document, and report scrap, equipment issues, safety concerns, and production problems.
  • Follow site-specific quality systems, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Learn and perform new tasks and responsibilities while demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Train and support coworkers on equipment operation and documentation processes when needed.


What You Need:

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience
  • Experience operating manufacturing equipment
  • Basic computer and technology skills

  

 

$23.00/hr. plus bonus eligible and benefits.
